Now We Know Why Teresa Giudice Didn’t Get a Prenup
The RHONJ cast member addressed her marriage to Luis “Louie” Ruelas for a fan on WWHL during BravoCon 2022.
As you might recall, before she wed Luis “Louie” Ruelas, Andy Cohen shared with Teresa Giudice that he “wanted” her to sign a prenup before the wedding. And when she appeared on the October 18 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, she confirmed that she did not, in fact, end up signing one.
She revealed the update during a fan Q&A on the WWHL After Show of the episode, which was taped during BravoCon 2022, and she even shared why she decided against signing a prenup, which you can check out above.
Teresa had long maintained that she had no plans to have a prenup with Louie, despite Andy’s sharing with her on multiple occasions that he believed she should get one. In fact, when The Daily Dish spoke with Andy back in the spring, he revealed that he actually believes “everyone should get a prenup,” adding, “I want all Bravolebrities to get prenups.”
Teresa and Louie married on Saturday, August 6, in New Jersey in front of loved ones, including friends from across the Bravo family. Teresa’s four daughters — Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana — all served as bridesmaids, as well as Jennifer Aydin and Dolores Catania. Louie’s sister Dr. Veronica Ruelas officiated the late-summer wedding, which Louie’s sons also attended. In addition to serving as members of the wedding party, all of the couple’s kids joined the newlyweds in lighting unity candles.
Also at BravoCon 2022, fans got a sneak peek of Teresa’s wedding footage, which is slated to air a week after the Season 13 finale.
