Jackie Goldschneider Reveals How to Look Your Best on Video Chat

As we all continue to stay home in self-isolation to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), video chat is proving to be one of the best ways to stay connected with friends, families, and coworkers. However, it can also be tempting to just turn your camera off on a Zoom call, especially if your at-home style consists of a bun you’ve been rocking for a few days.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/7c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Luckily, in a video for BravoTV.com which you can watch above, Jackie Goldschneider is sharing some tips for looking fabulous for your next video chat. And don’t worry: none of them include wearing real pants or actually doing your hair.

“The number one tip is find a place that has good lighting,” shared The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member. “Right now, I am hiding in my closet, because it actually has the best lighting in my house. Everywhere else, there’s like a weird shadow, and I kind of look like I have a little bit of a beard...which I wouldn’t be surprised if I have right now, because I can’t go get my laser done.”

Jackie’s next tip is perhaps way too relatable for anyone who is starting to feel a bit stir-crazy around their loved ones in quarantine.

“The second thing is to find a quiet place where you can sort of hide away from everyone, because nobody looks good when they’re screaming over their shoulder for everyone else to shut up,” said Jackie. “So, good lighting. Quiet place. And you will look gorgeous.”

This sounds easy enough!
