Jennifer Fessler Got a Facelift, Neck Lift & Nose Job and She’s “Obsessed” (PICS)

We’re only just getting to know Jennifer Fessler on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but the Bravo newbie is already sharing major details about her life. 

Throughout February, the shoe company CEO revealed via Instagram that she got three plastic surgery procedures — a deep plane facelift, platysmaplasty, and rhinoplasty — prior to filming Season 13. To celebrate the results, she and her surgeon, Dr. Sam Rizk, divulged the details via Instagram over the past few weeks. 

Per Dr. Rizk’s website, a “deep plane facelift” repositions the “soft facial tissue deep beneath the muscle,” ultimately working to “[accentuate] the jaw, neck, and cheekbones” and has a “longer lasting result” than a traditional facelift. The platysmaplasty (or neck lift), brings up the “sagging muscles of the neck and jowls” to create a more “youthful and natural definition,” while the rhinoplasty focuses on “reshaping and resizing” the nose.

In a February 3 Instagram post, Dr. Rizk shared two before-and-after photos, which were sent to him via Jennifer just “one day” after the three procedures. Though the New Jersey mom was still in recovery and had some bruising, one could already see how the surgeries worked to refine her profile by lifting under the neck and smoothing the bridge and tip of her nose. 

Dr. Rizk returned to his Instagram page on February 5 to share more details of the process, highlighting Jennifer’s silhouette in a pre- and post-operation side-by-side via her Instagram Stories.   

On the third slide in the series, Dr. Rizk shared text from Jennifer’s Story, which, at the time, noted how only “[three] days” after going under the knife she was already seeing results and recovering quickly. 

“I cannot believe what this magician has done for my face and for my self-esteem!” she wrote in the re-posted Story, also writing in the post’s comments that choosing Dr. Rizk was “one of the best decisions” she’s made. 

On February 23, Dr. Rizk shared an updated look at Jennifer’s face after it was fully healed, explaining the details of each procedure. 

“[Fifty-three-year-old] female shown [two] weeks after [deep plane facelift, platysmaplasty, and rhinoplasty] to improve jawline definition, lift and refine droopy nose tip: she is thrilled and [was on TV two weeks later],” the doctor captioned the post, which showed two angles of the work. 

“Obsessed with Dr. Rizk, his team and MY FACE! Thank you doesn’t even cover it!!!” Jennifer wrote in the comments, showing her deep appreciation for the results of the procedure. 

Another Instagram Story posted by Jennifer and her doctor gave a close-up view of her recovery process “[two] weeks after” undergoing the procedures.
