Relive Teresa Giudice’s Most Fabulous Hairstyles
From dark curls to a $10,000 bridal updo, the RHONJ cast member has rocked so many incredible hair looks.
When it comes to her hair, Teresa Giudice is not afraid to play around. "I'm spontaneous," she once told BravoTV.com about her various hair looks. "If I want to do something, I just go do it." Over the years, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has stayed true to her experimental roots and rocked dark hair with bangs, ultra-long blonde locks, and everything in between.
Still, her style selections haven't always gone as planned. "Every time I used to get highlights, I would hate the way that it turned out," she recalled. "And the thing is, my hair was never black. It was dark brown. And then hairdressers couldn't get my hair color correct, so that's why my hair ended up turning black."
Then there were the hairstyle highs — literally. Teresa's undisputed most memorable coif was debuted at her 2022 wedding to Luis "Louie" Ruelas. The towering style had the whole Bravoverse buzzing long after the fabulous party ended.

Teresa Giudice with Bangs
Before we knew Teresa as a New Jersey 'Wife, she had a signature hairstyle that was uniquely hers. Older photos of the mom show her dark brown tresses, which she sometimes wore in voluminous curls and other times styled sleek and straight. The biggest difference between Teresa's hair then and now: She had bangs!
Teresa Giudice as a Blonde Bombshell
Teresa has experimented with lightening her hair in the past, but the blondest we've ever seen her was in 2018. In the summer of 2018, the mom of four took to Instagram to show off a lighter-than-ever look (courtesy of hairstylist Giana Martino) that made our jaws drop.
Soon after, she stopped by Bravo HQ to chat about the hair change. "I do believe that saying now. Blondes do have more fun," she told BravoTV.com. (Press play on the clip below to see.) "I've been trying for years to do lighter highlights, and then finally I'm like, 'Alright, I'm doing this now. I'm going to try to go a little lighter.' And it was a process. It took like a year."
Teresa Giudice with Blonde Highlights
Still, as summer turned to fall, Teresa decided to welcome the cooler months with a slightly darker color (also by Martino) that incorporated blonde strands. In September 2018, she posted her new look to Instagram, writing, "Trying to go a little richer for the Fall."
Teresa Giudice with Subtle Low Lights
Teresa's hair look took an even subtler approach in March of 2020. Her new dye job embraced her natural chocolate color more fully by accenting it with soft, chestnut-colored low lights, which were done by hairstylist Lucia Casazza.
"I wanted to get back to my darker color because I was tired of the blonde," Teresa told Page Six at the time. "The maintenance is a lot easier to manage and I love how much more natural it looks."
Casazza shared more about the inspiration with the publication: "I decided, let's make [Teresa's] hair heathy again. We're going to strengthen it. We're going to go a little bit darker, add a little more depth. She wanted to get back to her natural Italian-girl roots and [I wanted to] give her some rich dimension within her hair."
Teresa Giudice's Rose Gold Highlights for the Season 9 Reunion
Perhaps Teresa's most unexpected hair color came just in time for the Season 9 reunion. Teresa embraced the rose gold hair trend of 2019 and attended the Season 9 reunion with new pink highlights that perfectly matched her sparkling blush reunion dress.
Teresa Giudice Bridal Updo
The sky was the limit when it came to dreaming up the hairstyle Teresa would wear for her 2022 walk down the aisle. The finished product was a towering hairstyle complete with cascading curls, which came courtesy of Casazza. According to Page Six, Casazza revealed that the updo used more than 1,500 bobby pins and cost nearly $10,000 to complete (including a custom mesh piece featuring $7,000 worth of real human hair extensions). Casazza said that Teresa wanted her hair to be "over the top" — and the hairstylist delivered.
