Teresa Giudice Reveals Exactly What She's Looking for in Her Next Home
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is shopping for a new house and she has a clear vision of what she wants.
After making the difficult decision to sell her longtime home, Teresa Giudice has a clear vision in mind for her next abode. "I definitely want modern," she said on The Real Housewives of New Jersey's April 28 episode while touring a potential new house. "This time around I want very clean, I want easy." While Teresa was certainly impressed with the $2.195M house she checked out during the episode, she wanted to continue exploring other options.
For Teresa, the process of looking for a new home has been emotional following the passing of her parents, Antonia Gorga and Giacinto Gorga. "When I go look at other houses, I feel like my parents are with me," she explained. "Because my dad kept telling me, like, 'You need to sell this house. You need a fresh start, a new beginning.'"
Now, Teresa shares the same feelings that her father had, explaining, "I kind of wanted a change. Selling the house is like a final ending. This part of our life is actually over."
On the show's March 24 episode, Teresa opened up about how her daughters Gia Giudice and Milania Giudice reacted to the news that their home was officially on the market. "Gia said, 'Wow I'm going to miss our house so much,' and then I wrote, 'Do you not want me to sell it?'" Teresa read aloud to Jennifer Aydin and Dolores Catania at the time. "Gia said, 'Yeah, no, it's time for a new start.'" As Teresa explained, Milania was in agreement, writing "'It's true. I think I'm ready for a fresh start.'"
