Caroline Manzo is the queen of making recipes in large batches that she can refrigerate and reheat for days. She once referred to her super-easy giambotta recipe as the thing she whips up "to keep in the fridge for my fat a-- to eat all week." (Since that self-deprecating comment, she lost 20 pounds by cutting this food out of her diet.) Now, she's sharing another recipe that she likes to keep on hand for cravings.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/7c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

"Made aglio e oglio to have in the refrigerator for when the mood hits," she wrote on Instagram, to caption a photo of an enormous pot of pasta. "This dish takes me back to my childhood when we’d ask my grandmother to make it — no matter what the time of day or night, she never denied us."

She added, "So many great memories and food somehow always played a part in them," underscoring her oft-repeated point of view that food is inextricably intertwined with family and with love in her world.
