Dorinda Medley Is Moving Out of Her NYC Apartment
"It's happening!" The Real Housewives of New York City alum exclaimed as she packed up her belongings.
Dorinda Medley is saying goodbye to her apartment in New York City's Sutton Place neighborhood. In an Instagram Story video on October 19, The Real Housewives of New York City alum expressed her excitement as movers packed up the apartment into the dozens of boxes placed around her living room and kitchen. As she looked around the space, Dorinda exclaimed, "It's happening!"
Prior to being packed by the Simply Moving team (Ramona Singer is also a fan of the company), the apartment was filled with furniture and décor that reflected Dorinda's personal style. “I think the thing that I like about my apartment is it’s very eclectic,” Dorinda told BravoTV.com in the video above. “I know everybody’s into this white on white on white on white, but I think your apartment should represent you and it should be a mix of high and low and people should be able to come to your apartment and know you a little better.”
For Dorinda, that meant furnishing the apartment with plenty of pink items including multiple couches and bar stools. “Now that Hannah doesn’t live with me and I don’t have husbands living with me, and it’s just little ol’ me, I’m going pink,” she said at the time. “I love the pink couches, I mean these things are amazing!”
Last year, Dorinda opened up about making the move to her new space. “I’m so happy there,” she said at the time. “I feel very settled. The neighborhood is much more like a little London neighborhood. I walk everywhere. It’s fresh, it’s bright, it’s on the river, and I feel so happy."
