Luann de Lesseps Shows Off the Open, Bright White Kitchen in Her New Apartment
The Real Housewives of New York City cast member explains why the kitchen in her new home is unique for New York City.
Season 13 of The Real Housewives of New York City, which kicked off on May 4, finds Luann de Lesseps in a brand new apartment (with a view of her ex-husband's terrace, no less). In the episode, the cabaret star said: "It kind of feels good to be back in my old neighborhood. I had a townhouse for years on the Upper East Side. It was my stomping grounds. So it's kind of nice to be back and living around my girlfriends — even Ramona [Singer]!"
And now that she has friends nearby, it's a good thing that Luann's kitchen is perfect for hosting the casual get-togethers that she loves to throw. In the exclusive Bravo Insider video above, the RHONY cast member shares a full tour of her high-ceilinged new digs.
Watch the clip to hear what drew Luann to her new apartment and to see inside her gorgeous kitchen — which isn't like the others in the city. The sleek space is clad in white marble, and has plenty of room for whipping up Eggs a la Francaise.
"I love a big, kind of open kitchen," Luann says in the clip. "There's a lot of galley kitchens in New York and I love that this is open because it just feels more casual, and I love to have casual entertaining here in the apartment."
