Bethenny Frankel Has a Genius Hack For Feeding Kids Who "Don't Like Anything"
The Real Housewives of New York City mom Bethenny Frankel got her daughter to eat a pasta dinner. Sweet success!
Bethenny Frankel is pretty much the queen of pasta hacks. How do we know this? Well, there was that time she used a blow dryer to heat up leftovers for her daughter, Bryn, when their hotel room didn't have a microwave. And then there was that time she put a strainer to genius use in order to get Bryn to eat another pasta dinner. Have a slightly picky eater of your own at home? Take notes on this one.
In a recent Instagram Story, The Real Housewives of New York City mom shared this kitchen tip: "When your kids don't like anything — pieces of anything — in the pasta, drain the sauce. No tomatoes, no garlic, just push it through."
Aha! Pure tomato sauce at its finest, hold the chunks. Check out the visual, below:
By the way, Bethenny also makes up cute stories about food ingredients to entertain Brynn during dinner. On Instagram Stories, she shared this little tale about two common ingredients: "Children's story," she began. "Sisters that get bullied: Potay and Tomay and their last name is Toe. So, yeah my name is Potay Toe, is that a problem for you? And my sister's name is Tomay Toe— our last name's Toe... Is that a problem for you, Brynn?"
This story even has a moral: "Don't bully people with the last name Toe," the Skinnygirl mogul said. Oh, and eat your pasta!
