Jill Zarin Is Eating Extra Bread Because She Needs to Gain 10 Pounds: "My Doctor Told Me I'm Too Thin"
The Real Housewives of New York City alum is working toward her summer body with tons of carbohydrates.
Jill Zarin is on a mission to get her summer body — and that will entail loads of carbohydrates. In an Instagram Story from May 6, The Real Housewives of New York City alum announced, laughing: “I just want you to know, I am planning on putting on about 10 pounds this summer, because I can't stop eating." What's fueling Jill's cravings, you ask? Ciabatta. Lots and lots of ciabatta.
The tennis enthusiast went on to explain that she'd just come back from Arthur Avenue, which is known as "Little Italy in the Bronx." While there, Jill had scored a few treasures, which we'll let her describe in her own words:
"While I was there, I picked up the most delicious fresh mozzarella, basil, unbelievable beautiful tomatoes, and I'm going to use the Cuisinart panini-maker, which is already heating up, on the most delicious ciabatta bread you have ever seen in your entire life. Look at this bread, see it?"
OK, twist our arm, Jill. Let's have a peek at both the bread, and the olive-oil-infused croutons she made with any excess:
On her Instagram feed, Jill doubled down on her new credo: Let no bread go to waste! Here's what she wrote:
"I’m making tomato mozzarella basil on chiabatta pressed with @cuisinart machine from @bedbathandbeyond. I used the extra bread and mix with @mikesdeliarthuravenue rosemary olive oil or garlic flavored for croutons. My doctor said I need to put on 10 pounds... I’m too thin!"
