Emily Simpson Is “Unbothered” in a Sparkly Black One-Shoulder Jumpsuit (PHOTO)
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member’s recent Clubhouse appearance left us sartorially inspired.
From lowlights to balayage, Emily Simpson has changed her hair over the years in numerous ways. Her most recent change-up, however, made us stop in our scrolling tracks.
“So I did a thing… needed to simplify my life,” Emily captioned a May 27 Instagram photo that put a fresh chop from stylist Roya Falahi on display. The gorgeous new ’do left her chestnut-colored locks lightly grazing her shoulders in a chic style. “What do you think? Longer or shorter?”
Personally, we love Emily’s hair at every length, but we will say that when she recently stopped by the Clubhouse in a jaw-dropping jumpsuit, her shorter cut looked utterly fab.
We need to talk about that jumpsuit though…
Emily Simpson’s Sparkly Black Jumpsuit
On July 26, Emily appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in a stunning sparkly black jumpsuit by Nadine Merabi. The one-shoulder piece featured a fashionable shoulder pad and flared trouser legs — the perfect sleek accompaniment to her sophisticated strands that were styled by Bravoleb-loved hairstylist Julius Michael.
“Unbothered Barbie,” Emily playfully captioned an Instagram video of herself showing off the jumpsuit, also crediting makeup artist Caroline Blanchard for her gorgeous glowing glam and Nicole Rose Jewelry for her dazzling accessories.
“Hottie Barbie,” wrote Tamra, while Taylor Armstrong also gave her spin on Emily’s caption: “Bootylicious Barbie[.] Looking amazing and beautiful.”
Emily Simpson details her weight-loss journey
In addition to putting her fashionable styles on display, Emily has been sharing some of her sweat sessions on Instagram, often taking to her Stories to answer fan inquiries about her most recent weight loss.
“I think [I’ve lost] 35 pounds as of now. I have a goal weight in mind and I haven’t reached it yet. It’s what I weighed through my 30s,” Emily wrote in her Stories on July 15. “I weigh myself weekly with [trainer Paulina Hefferan] and she has strict instructions to only tell me when I reach that goal (if I ever reach it).”
Moreover, Emily revealed the details of her workouts.
“For the past few months I’ve been working out [seven] days a week on average,” Emily stated after a follower asked about her “exercise program.”
“Of course I miss a day here and there but it’s not often,” the volunteer attorney continued. “I do 15-20 minutes of cardio followed by about 45 minutes of weights and then I end with 10 minutes of cardio.”
