Like his wife Tamra Judge, Eddie Judge has been using his social media to share regular diet and fitness tips with fans. The Real Housewives of Orange County husband recently showed off a simple, seven-minute healthy meal he whips up in seven minutes flat; and he offered a lifestyle suggestion that could save you 1,000 calories each day you do it.

He just took to Instagram to share his latest diet inspiration — but this time it didn't go quite as smoothly as usual. Showing a photo of his lunch — a big bowl of soup topped with bean sprouts and surrounded on the table with a plate of citrus wedges — he wrote, "The perfect lunch on a cool rainy California day by the beach. Veggie Pho! Big bowl yes low calorie."

Actually, that's what he meant to write — but not how it came out.

One commenter wrote, "I think you meant bowl not bowel," on the original version of Eddie's caption. Another Instagram user who spied the mistake wrote, "The bowl of veggies look[s] good for those bowels." And another wrote, "Well, you DO need healthy bowels to eat all those veggies, right coach?"

Oops!

Eddie took the silly typo — standard fare in the mobile-posting era — in stride. He joked along with his followers, using laughing-through-tears emojis, "Stupid phone!!!"

Don't worry, Eddie — everyone knew what you meant. And that pho does look delish.
