Tamra Judge is more than happy to engage with followers on Instagram, opening up to answer their wide-ranging questions about her diet and approach to fitness (not to mention about all things CBD!). She recently revealed that her exact current weight is 117 pounds. But she also shared an interesting detail that helps put the number on the scale in the context of a high-quality, sustainable diet, and an overall healthy approach to lifestyle.
On Instagram, she wrote, "My weight has been the same for years: 115-118 lbs," explaining that over a long period of time that she's been working on her fitness, the number on the scale has hardly budged — but other changes to her body have been palpable, owing largely to her specific diet choices.
"I've changed my body composition by lower[ing] my fat and increasing muscle and that fluctuates depending on how I'm eating," Tamra wrote. "More protein I get solid, less I get soft."
To be specific, it's mainly the tweaks to her diet and not her exercise regimen that affects her physique. Tamra said, "My workout stays consistent."
Recently, Tamra told The Feast that she tried the Keto diet until it made her sick, and now she agrees with Jillian Michaels' controversial comments slamming it. Instead, she prefers to maintain a logical, reasonable approach: "I don’t really follow any diet — I just follow a lifestyle."
