Karen Huger's been making boss moves lately. She just debuted her perfume La' Dame on HSN in the beginning of December, and this week, she added a new wig collection to her line, too. No wonder she's been using an absolutely giant Chanel bag to carry everything she needs for work.

But The Real Housewives of Potomac entrepreneur is getting all glammed up in her downtime. Karen just shared a snap yesterday from a formal event, writing on Instagram: "Felicia’s Fund inaugural gala!!" She posed in a shimmery Anya By Vivien gown designed by her friend Vivien Agbakoba, who planned the gala.

We love Karen in ocean blue shades (like this glittery sheer azure gown she just wore). Her plunging dress makes her look like a mermaid, with its flared silhouette, lace netting, and blue and green pattern with ripples. Karen wore her hair down with loose waves, to compete the effect.

We're guessing this isn't the last sparkly dress Karen's going to wear this holiday party season.
