All hail the Queen! While we can't wait for the premiere of Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Potomac, Ashley Darby is gifting us with a little blast from the past that definitely didn't disappoint. Ashley recently shared a stunning pic from her past pageant days when she won Miss District of Columbia in 2011, and it's clear that she was ready for the spotlight long before RHOP.

On May 26, 2020, Ashley posted a throwback shot on her Instagram Stories in which she was all smiles as she posed alongside the newly crowned Miss District of Columbia. For the event, which happened exactly eight years ago on May 26, 2012, Ashley wore a glittering, green, strapless gown with a sexy, fit-and-flare silhouette. The sparkling number was worn with a slicked-back bun and classic makeup that included a sultry, smoky eye. 

We knew Ashley loved to slay, but who knew she had such a glamorous past? Here's hoping she's going to bring a bit of her sparkle and shine to the upcoming season.
