Richard Blais is looking and feeling great since he made permanent changes to his diet that resulted in a dramatic 60-pound weight loss — he's even making strides as an athlete. And now the Bravo's Top Chef alum and Top Chef: All Stars winner is revealing a lot more about what's behind those changes.
Specifically, the chef revealed that he's been doing the Whole Life Challenge program. That's a structured program that aims to focus not just on nutrition and exercise — but also mobility, hydration, sleep, reflection, and well-being. In other words... your whole life.
"Dozens of you have hit me up in the DMs and asked me at different times what are the things I've done to lose weight, what kind of fitness am I up to, what nutrition plan am I on," Chef Richard told followers in his Instagram Stories. "And some of that, a lot of that, has to do with this Whole Life Challenge that I've embarked on twice this year. It's a six-week challenge that happens throughout the year."
