Lisa Vanderpump recently attended a dinner party at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills, and a photo from the festive occasion had people talking. 

In the May 30 Instagram post, the Vanderpump Rules head honcho looked positively radiant while posing alongside the "perfect dinner companion," restauranteur Michael Chow, who owns the California hotspot. Lisa, whose new series Vanderpump Dogs hits Peacock on June 9, donned a plunging lace top, a black blazer, and pearls. However, it was her lips that caught people's attention.

In the comments section, several followers speculated that Lisa got some work done on her lips. So, Lisa decided to share a second photo from the same night to dispel any rumors. "Just for the record no lip fillers," Lisa captioned the second smiling selfie. As for why her lips appeared fuller than usual in the first snap, she offered: "I think it was a strange light."

Lisa has opened up about her cosmetic procedures in the past. The entrepreneur admitted to getting occasional Botox and fillers in a 2017 interview with Us Weekly. "I'm with Epione, Simon Ourian, and I bow to him," she said of her Beverly Hills doctor, who helms the cosmetic surgery center Epione Beverly Hills.
