In case you missed it, Scheana Shay and Brock Davies got engaged in July of last year and the bride-to-be has a (massive) ring to prove it. In the January 5 episode of Vanderpump Rules, Brock bought Scheana the gorgeous pink morganite sparkler, which he purchased using three different credit cards.

After receiving backlash from viewers on the payment method, Scheana decided to set the record straight in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly. "Brock thought it would be funny to put a little bit on each card. He could have put it all on one card, but he was like, ‘Oh, I’ll put a little bit on this a little bit on that,'" she explained.

“I thought it was funny. People in Australia who get that cheap type of humor thought it was funny. He’s, like, ‘Yeah, I’ll always be a cheap ass. I’m always gonna ask for a discount.’ We will be at Target and Brock is like, ‘Oh, can I get my employee discount?’ It’s a joke,” Scheana said. “So people who don’t get his humor, whatever.”

She added: “I like to correct people. If you don’t like me based on the correct information and full story, that’s fine.” 

Jokes aside, Scheana's 12.74-carat rock is not the only thing she wears on her ring finger. In a January Instagram Story, she revealed why she wears an additional band next to her engagement ring. "For those wondering about my band, I had [Kyle Chan Design] make me a simple diamond band that I can wear [every day because] my [engagement] ring is a little too big to wear 24/7 but I always want a representation of our love on my finger," she wrote.
