Stassi Schroeder & Beau Clark Are Buliding a Gym in Their New $1.7M Home
The Vanderpump Rules couple is turning their garage into a home gym.
Stassi Schroeder’s house hunt was very specific. The Vanderpump Rules author knew exactly what she wanted — and what she didn’t want. “So, all my friends are freaking buying houses, everyone’s growing up, everyone’s adulting,” she told BravoTV prior to purchasing her home. “I want something different! My dream house — well, first it would be nice if it was a haunted house, so there’s that—but ideally if it was an old white Spanish style house, with really dark hardwood floors and just like so much character and charm. I want to just be able to feel like I’m in Europe, or like an old movie star used to live there and throw really fabulous parties.”
Stassi got her wish. She and her fiancé, Beau Clark, purchased a $1.7 million Hollywood Hills manse that looks like it’s straight out of Europe. Chock full of original, old world details, the home is exactly what Stassi wanted… but that came with some caveats! “Once we got it, we were like, ‘Oh shoot, we have to renovate it.’ Because we wanted an older home and we wanted to make it our own,” Stassi told us. On their list of to-dos: “Redoing bathrooms, redoing a deck, redoing the floors, redoing the railing, turning one of the rooms into my closet, knocking down a wall so that it can be a big office,” Stassi said.
And now the couple can add another transformation to that punch list: a home gym! In a share to his Instagram Stories, Beau posted an image of a just-unboxed Lit Method rowing machine, with the caption, “Garage gym in the works.” Priced at $1,950, the low-impact machine incorporates strength training and high intensity cardio — a workout beloved by castmate Jax Taylor.
We can’t wait to see how the gym turns out!
