Get a Full Tour of Stassi Schroeder’s New $1.7M Hollywood Hills Home
The Vanderpump Rules author’s new house is decidedly rustic, and oozing with old world charm.
In between filming a reality show, taking her podcast on a cross-country bus tour and, oh yeah, writing a The New York Times bestseller, Stassi Schroeder has also managed to squeeze in some time to purchase a house. “Homeowners AF,” the Vanderpump Rules star captioned a photo of herself and her fiancé Beau Clark outside the front of their new Mediterranean-style manse, which, by the way cost a whopping $1.7 million!
Unlike her co-stars who all have recently purchased homes in San Fernando Valley, Stassi opted to stay local, buying a house perched in the Hollywood Hills, which overlooks the canyons below. While her views are insane, Stassi’s got a sprawling home to furnish on the inside — and what an inside it is!
While Stassi’s cast mates mostly purchased brand-new farmhouse-style homes (see Tom & Ariana’s here, Jax & Brittany’s here and Katie & Tom’s here), the author’s new manse is decidedly rustic, oozing with old world charm. Which is no surprise: Stassi told BravoTV.com recently that her dream home would be haunted.
“So, all my friends are freaking buying houses, everyone’s growing up, everyone’s adulting,” she said. “I want something different. My dream house — well, first it would be nice if it was a haunted house, so there’s that — but ideally if it was an old white Spanish style house, with really dark hardwood floors and just like so much character and charm. I want to just be able to feel like I’m in Europe, or like an old movie star used to live there and throw really fabulous parties.”
Seems to us like Stassi got her wish. Check out the home’s highlights below and be sure to tune in to Vanderpump Rules on Tuesdays 9/8c.
