Tom Schwartz Just Did Something He’s Been “Fantasizing” About “For a Long Time” (VIDEO)

Ever since Schwartz & Sandy’s (finally!) opened in November 2022, Vanderpump Rules business partners Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval have been celebrating their success at the cocktail lounge and restaurant. Most recently, Schwartz documented a special, long-awaited moment during a Saturday night at the venue.  

In a February 18 Instagram video, Tom recorded himself drinking a Coors Light outside the bar. “I know it’s not a particularly momentous milestone, but this is a nice little moment,” he said. “I’ve kind of been fantasizing about this moment for a long time. Sitting outside Schwartz & Sandy’s, having a brewski, just chillin’.” As for why he posted the video, he explained, “Thought I’d put it on here for posterity, maybe look at someday when I’m older.”

As Vanderpump Rules viewers are well aware, the journey to opening the business hasn’t exactly been easy. “It’s one of those things where we’ve learned a lot,” Sandoval told BravoTV.com in May 2022. “Some of those lessons have been the hard way.” 

On a Season 9 episode of the show that aired in January 2022, Schwartz and Sandoval hosted “a little ‘progress get-together’” for their friends. “We want people to be able to see the ‘before’ so they can appreciate the ‘after,’” Sandoval said in an interview, before admitting, “I just wish we had a little bit more progress done.”

By Season 10’s February 15 episode, the duo was (mostly) ready to have a select crowd get a taste of the business at their grand opening party hosted by DailyMail.com and TMX, but as Schwartz told Lisa Vanderpump at the time, “Our work is just getting started.” Nearly four months after the party, which took place in July 2022, Schwartz & Sandy’s finally opened to the public in November.
