This Is What Scheana Shay Eats to "Tighten Up From the Tacos"

The Vanderpump Rules SURver is on a mission to get her "Halloween bod" on.

October 31 is right around the corner, and Scheana Shay must have her costume picked out already — and it just might be skin-tight. In an October 3 Instagram Story, the Vanderpump Rules pal revealed that she is working with her trainer Seth Browning to get in shape for the holiday. And, that might mean cutting back on one of her favorite foods. 

Scheana filmed the Story from her kitchen, where she announced: "So I got a really good personal chef to come over and make me breakfast this morning. Just kidding; it's Seth! But, we are starting meal prep to get my Halloween bod ready to go. I told him that my diet is still going to have to have tacos in it. But for now, we're starting with this." 

Panning over her countertop, Scheana showed an assemblage of sweet potatoes, egg whites, almonds, broccoli, avocados, and strawberries. In the background, Browning can be heard saying: "Tighten up from the tacos!" Aha, so this is what's on the menu to thwart the effects of ground beef and cheese.
