Madison LeCroy has been open about the plastic surgery procedures she has done. Back in 2021, the Southern Charm mom shared that she underwent a "fully mommy makeover," revealing to Bravo Insider at the time that she was "very happy" with the results. However, there's one specific part of Madison's body that she recently made clear is the result of hitting the gym as opposed to going to a doctor.

How to Watch

Watch Southern Charm on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"Those of you who keep writing on my page saying that, ‘Oh yeah, she's in shape because she had surgery,’ let’s fight," she began in a June 20 Instagram Story clip. "I [legitimately] put in so much work to get where I am and I continue to still do it. I couldn't just give up because I got surgery, but that is so belittling and just effing rude."

"I've had absolutely enough, because this," she said as she positioned her camera to show her backside, "was not from a doctor. This is from hard work." (Last year, Madison stated in an Instagram post that she has "always been fitness obsessed" and is "aware" of what she eats. She also recently teamed up with a personal trainer to create a six-week workout program, called MadMade.)

Madison went on to add, "If I do a little tweak here and there, it's because I had a 10-pound, 9-ounce child."

During her 2021 interview with Bravo Insider, Madison said she was "done" with plastic surgery after her most recent procedure. “I mean, I’m sure when I get older, there may be things that I’ll end up doing. Like yes, I do get Botox in my forehead. Do I mess with anything else in my face? I don’t. I’m not gonna do anything. I’m not gonna try to fix my crooked lip that I was born with, ‘cause that’s just who I am. That’s like a part of me. I’m okay with that. I’m okay with imperfections.”

Don't miss the supersized Southern Charm Season 8 premiere on Thursday, June 23 at 9/8c. Each episode will stream the next day on Peacock.
