The cast of Southern Charm recently came together for the Season 9 reunion, and while Bravo viewers will have to wait to see how the sit-down panned out, we're assuming the event included a bit of drama. (After all, as you can see in the clip above, the entire season has been quite the roller coaster!) While we won't know what happened at the reunion for sure until it airs, we do know one thing: Olivia Flowers will look totally "snatched."
The Southern Cham beauty recently opened up about how she prepared for the hotly anticipated sitdown, and her prep included a beauty treatment that gave her glowing skin a real workout. Keep reading to see how Olivia got ready for the Season 9 reunion.
Olivia Flowers gets a treatment at Face Gym
In her recent Instagram Stories, Olivia shared a behind-the-scenes peek at her visit to Face Gym. Based in London with outposts all over the world, Face Gym offers noninvasive facial treatments geared at tightening, toning, and sculpting the face. Basically, it's all in the name: Face Gym provides a workout for the face! After her first experience there, Olivia is a believer.
Sharing a photo of the high-tech, face-sculpting products in the retail area of Face Gym, Olivia wrote: "First visit to [Face Gym.] This facial not only smoothed my skin out, but their lymphatic drainage technique had me looking SNATCHED for [the Season 9 reunion.]"
Curious what goes on during a Face Gym workout? Olivia shared some pics to offer a peek at the process. Her treatment included cleansing her skin, stretching out her facial muscles, and a bit of gua sha, which can reduce puffiness and help sculpt the face.
The Southern Charm cast teases the Season 9 reunion
Ahead of the Season 9 reunion filming, both Jarrett "JT" Thomas and Rodrigo Reyes shared their predictions for the season-ending sit-down. While JT and Shep Rose haven't always been on the same side amid the season's ups and downs, when JT appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen recently, he previewed that he has warmer feelings for Shep than one might assume.
"I'm gonna answer this controversially. I don't really agree with how Shep acts towards women, but I will say he has a good heart for people and he's not as big of a narcissist as he may appear," he said. "There's another guy in the group that I do think is [a narcissist]. The reunion we're filming in a week or two — it'll all come out then."
When Andy suggested that JT was talking about Austen, JT neither confirmed nor denied it. "Again, I think we should just wait and watch the reunion," he said.
