Ariana Madix Makes "Difficult" Comparison of Starring on Broadway to Filming VPR
The Vanderpump Rules cast member admitted if its "more difficult" to perform as Roxie in Chicago or film the Bravo series.
Ariana Madix has been keeping herself busy with a variety of projects lately. Over the past few months, she has participated in Dancing with the Stars (a move that led to drama), published a new book, and has been actively working on opening up her Something About Her sandwich shop with Katie Maloney.
In addition, Ariana has also been hitting the stage in New York City as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. This impressive role has always been her lifelong dream, and she's now revealing what it's like to work on the hit musical.
When speaking to BravoTV.com exclusively about her latest gig, Ariana shared whether it’s been “more difficult” performing on Broadway in front of theater lovers or filming a season of Vanderpump Rules. And her answer might surprise you.

“Oh my gosh, performing on Broadway… is like apples and oranges to filming Vanderpump Rules,” Ariana told BravoTV.com while getting ready backstage at the VPR Season 11 reunion.
Ariana continued comparing the two, saying, “I feel like Vanderpump is like – they’re both difficult in just like completely different ways. I don’t know how to say which one is more difficult.”
Ariana Madix is “obsessed” with performing on Broadway
Although Ariana admitted that it’s tough to put on her Broadway performance nightly, she isn’t ready to give up the act. In fact, the blonde beauty is eager to stay put in the Big Apple.
“Chicago on Broadway is going amazingly. I love it so much,” she gushed. “Yeah, it’s my favorite thing ever. I’m obsessed with it, and I’m gonna chain myself to the building and never leave.”

Before our chat with Ariana, we recently received a glimpse of Ariana on stage in Chicago as she put on a worldly performance as the famed Roxie Hart.
Ariana began her role in the musical back on January 29. The Broadway play has received so much love and raving reviews that it was revealed that Ariana’s run in the show got extended through April 7.
On the opening night of the show, Ariana was supported by some of her loved ones and friends who made sure to snag a ticket and playbill. Lala Kent and Scheana Shay stopped by the theater to see their friend in action. Other attendees included Ariana’s boyfriend, Daniel Wai, and Vanderpump Rules alum, Dayna Kathan.
