The Vanderpump Rules cast members and co-owners have been trying their hardest to open the West Hollywood sandwich shop and café amid permit issues and set backs. Season 11 of VPR has been capturing their progress in putting the business together — from hiring the right people to picking out the right bread with the help of chef consultant and COO, Penny Davidi.
After two years have gone by since it was announced that Something About Her would be opening, and that hasn't happened, some people have been wondering if it will ever open. But VPR cast member, Lala Kent isn't one of those people.

Lala Kent's comments about the opening of Something About Her
Lala took to the Clubhouse during her March 5 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen where she talked about her second pregnancy, her relationship with Ariana, and her thoughts about the opening of Something About Her. Needless to say, Lala is a fan.
"I hope it opens and is a huge success and there's one on every corner because the sandwiches slap, y'all," Lala told Andy Cohen.
As if viewers could not be any more excited about the restaurants opening, here is just another reason to look forward to it.

Chef Penny has played an instrumental role in the development of Something About Her. The chef, menu curator for PUMP Lounge, and menu curator for Tom Tom has so much experience in the restaurant and food industry. Therefore, she has been the perfect person to help Ariana and Katie get their vision off the ground.
Viewers may have first spotted Penny on an episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills or on the Something About Her TikTok account, where she has appeared in videos as the restaurant develops. Or, they might have seen her throughout VPR Season 11, where she has appeared alongside Katie and Ariana as they make big decisions with their restaurant.
When Penny isn't helping Ariana and Katie in the opening of Something About Her, she is active on Instagram, sharing words wisdom and glimpses at her life behind the scenes.
On VPR Season 11 Episode 6, Penny sat down with the two co-owners at a restaurant to help them hire someone to run the front of the restaurant. "Throughout all these bumps in the road, the one thing that has remained the same is our vision when it comes to the sandwich shop," Ariana said.
"Penny's really working on, like, the nuts and bolts, of the restaurant," she explained, before Penny was seen talking to them about different types of bread. Ariana noted that she appreciates all that Penny has to offer, especially when it comes to her expertise.
