Ariana Madix Shuts Down Sandoval's Claim She Doesn’t “Pay for Anything” Once and for All
"I paid [for] the majority of stuff in that house," Ariana said while discussing the financial details of her shared house with Tom Sandoval.
Ariana Madix is hitting back at Tom Sandoval's claims that she doesn't pay the bills for their house and "doesn't clean" it.
In the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 After Show video above, Ariana opened up about the counter-offer she sent to Tom as they attempted to work out the details regarding their home following their split. Although Tom has alleged throughout Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules that Ariana was not contributing to their house, Ariana shared a different side to the story in the clip above.
"In putting together my counter-offer for the purchase of the house, I am including all furniture that was purchased after moving in, you know, as part of decorating the house," Ariana said. "Probably because it's been said over and over and over again that I don't pay for anything, I don't do anything, I actually didn't realize until looking at the actual credit card receipts and stuff with Lucinda that I paid [for] the majority of stuff in that house."
In the same clip, Tom explained, "There were things that I bought, there's things that she bought, you know, on her own."
As for what was proposed regarding that furniture in Ariana's counter-offer, Tom shared, "I don't see the point if somebody's going to keep the house, donating all this furniture, just giving it away...she was gonna take whatever she wanted, and then the rest gets donated."

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix open up about their conflict over their house
During Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 11, which aired on April 9, Ariana got emotional as she talked about the battle with Tom over the future of their home. "I put so much of my life and my money and my time into making this my dream home and it was my dream home," she said. "And it's like not only did he wreck it, but the way he wants to act like he's somewhat deserving of staying there or keeping it."
In the same episode, Tom declared he paid for "everything" in his relationship with Ariana, "from toilet paper to trash bags to pens to batteries to electrical work to repairs," and added in an episode interview, "I think Ariana's gonna be in for it when she gets her own place...She's gonna be in for, like, a very rude awakening."
In a different After Show video from earlier in the season, Tom explained why he didn't want to move out of the house following the former couple's tumultuous split. "All of those bills will be coming out of my accounts. I knew that if I moved out, she would probably have a friend move in, and I would just — nothing would happen." he said, later adding, "I also couldn't afford to, like, go live in another place."

In Episode 11, Ariana opened up about what she was looking for in her next home. "I kind of want something that feels like...[a] tree house vibe," she said. "It's gonna be really exciting to be like, 'This is mine, and, like, nobody can take it from me.'"
