Danielle Olivera Reveals if She Got Invited to Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke's Wedding

The friendship between Danielle Olivera and Lindsay Hubbard took a drastic turn in 2022, as the longtime besties had major disagreements over Lindsay’s relationship with Carl Radke. The tensions played out during Summer House Season 7, which culminated with Carl popping the question to Lindsay after less than a year of dating.

The self-described “three amigos” had several on-screen blowouts, the biggest of which occurred in the Season 7 finale. Danielle told Lindsay she felt blindsided by her engagement, as she didn’t learn about Carl's proposal plan until “30 minutes” before it went down.

“I thought we were best friends,” Danielle said. “You don’t think that would hurt me?”

Lindsay said she was also hurt by Danielle’s comments throughout the summer, specifically her claims that she and Carl were “moving too fast.”

“We are done,” Danielle declared, to which Lindsay replied, “We’ve already been done, sweetheart.”

The Hamptons Housemates failed to reconcile in the following months, which led some to wonder if Danielle would attend Lindsay and Carl's would-be nuptial ceremony. Lindsay addressed the question during an April 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, when the host flatly asked, "Will [Danielle] be invited to your wedding?"

“I guess we’ll find out after the reunion," Lindsay said.

Fast-forward to Summer House Season 8, Episode 2 (February 29), when Kyle Cooke asked Danielle how she felt being back in the house with Lindsay and Carl.

“This is an adjustment,” she admitted before Kyle questioned if things would ever go “back to normal.”

“Well, the thing that I’m kind of going into the summer with is I don’t really want it to go back to that normal,” Danielle explained. "I think I've learned a lot, and if we have a different relationship, I'm down for that. I'm not holding on to what happened last summer. I hope she isn't (either)... I mean, she invited me to her wedding.”

“Have you talked to Lindsay and Carl about getting the invite?” Kyle asked.

“No,” Danielle said. “I would love to look her in the eye and be, like, ‘Hey, do you really want me there? And if you do, then I’m down.’”

Danielle shed more light on her relationships with Carl and Lindsay during the February 29 episode of WWHL. She said she took Lindsay’s side following the 2023 breakup, but admitted she might feel differently as Season 8 unfolds. 

“Absolutely. One hundred percent,” she told Andy Cohen before referencing Lindsay and Carl’s fight in the February 29 episode. “Because even just seeing this past episode, I was surprised. Not surprised the night that it happened, when we were all at the club and Lindsay was drinking, but the morning after, when you see what was happening in their bedroom… OK, there’s something going on here and she really doubled down on her stance.”
