Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi has always been candid about her struggles with rheumatoid arthritis, and the Shahs of Sunset mom is once again opening up about her health journey in an emotional and eye-opening post on Instagram this week.

The video she posted to Instagram details a recent medical appointment in which they were pulling inflammation out of her thigh (she explained in the comments section to a fan that the liquid being taken out of her leg in the video is inflammation). She added in the comments, "Nobody understands how excited I get to get this done... THAT'S how much pain I'm in!"

The caption she posted with the video highlights how difficult her struggle with RA can be: "I wouldn't even wish this disease upon my worst enemy. For those who live with it like me... stay strong. F--k RA!!!!"

When GG was pregnant with her son, Elijah, she opened up about how the pregnancy affected her RA. Back in February, she confirmed she had to induce early because of her chronic battle with RA, which she had previously noted "came back 10 times worse than ever" after she experienced an ectopic pregnancy and suffered complications including the removal of her fallopian tubes last year, before finally becoming successfully pregnant.

After welcoming Elijah in April, she offered an update during the virtual Shahs of Sunset Season 8 reunion, noting, "I never was breastfeeding. I can't because I had to get back on the hard medication for my rheumatoid arthritis. I smoked pot literally, I would say, four or five days after I gave birth."

GG also said at the time, "Yes, I have a baby and smoke weed. Yes, I am EXTREMELY careful. And yes, it's still nobody's business but y'all can go right on ahead and start the ignorant talk."
