All About Paige DeSorbo's Boyfriends and Hookups From Craig Conover To Carl Radke

Paige DeSorbo is currently happily in a relationship with Southern Charm cast member Craig Conover, and Bravo fans are eagerly awaiting the long-distance couple's next steps. 

“I hope to propose one day," Craig shared at BravoCon 2023, after his parents met Paige's for the first time at the Las Vegas event in October 2023. "She actually mentioned eloping here because of both of our families are here at BravoCon. We’ll see, and what’s neat is we get to share it with everyone else." 

But before the Summer House and Winter House found her Charleston-based love, fans got to watch her in three other relationships in previous seasons of both shows. Paige dated Carl Radke on Summer House, Andrea Denver on Winter House, and she had a long-term relationship with off-camera boyfriend Perry Rahbar.

Paige and Craig first became close when filming Season 1 of Winter House in February 2021. However, at the time, Craig was in a relationship with Natalie Hegnauer (they broke up after filming ended), and Paige was starting a situationship with Andrea. 

Flash forward to April 2021, and the duo shared their first kiss when Paige and her brother took a trip to Charleston, Paige revealed to ET Online in a January 2022 interview. The following month, they started hanging out more regularly and began casually dating. 

In Summer House Season 6, Paige was torn but, after hearing that Craig had been hooking up with other people, she realized she had stronger feelings for him than she thought. 

In the summer of 2021, Craig invited Paige to meet his parents, and he later surprised her at the Summer House “prom,” which aired in Season 6, Episode 14.

By September 2021, the two became Instagram official and, in October of that year, they confirmed they were officially a couple. The two entered Winter House Season 2 as boyfriend and girlfriend. 

These days, Paige and Craig are still happy and in love. However, the long-distance element of their relationship — she resides in New York City while he has his home in Charleston — can prove taxing. While Craig is becoming ready to get engaged and married to Paige, she remains hesitant to leave her family and friends in New York.

In February 2021 while filming Winter House Season 1, Paige was introduced to hunky Italian Andrea, who joined the housemates for their snowy stay. The two quickly took a liking to each other, and Andrea took Paige on a date during the season.

However, they never became an official couple and, by the time the ice had melted and summer rolled around, Paige had her heart set on Craig.

Paige started dating Perry in 2019 and, though he never actually came to film in the Hamptons, fans got a peek into their relationship through FaceTime phone calls that were caught on camera as well as lots of Instagram updates. 

During Season 5 of Summer House, Paige became increasingly dissatisfied with her relationship and, in October 2020, she announced that the couple had officially split. 

"I just knew in the pit of my stomach that I didn't feel the best about myself," Paige told People following the breakup. "I didn't feel ready to take on certain things that I know that he is so ready for. He's 10 years older than me, so much smarter, so much more accomplished, just more mature. And I never wanted to let him down. So I just felt like maybe this isn't our right time."

Paige met Carl when she joined the Summer House cast in Season 3, which was filmed in the summer of 2018 and aired in 2019. Their relationship quickly became flirtatious, and a visit to the camera-less kitchen pantry upped their connection even further.

However, Paige expressed disappointment over Carl not making enough of an effort to connect while they were back in New York City during the week. Their fling quickly fizzled out, and they decided to move forward as friends.
