These days Ryan Serhant has every right to chant "We're #1!" The Million Dollar Listing New York star just found out his team at Nest Seekers International is not only the No. 6 team in the nation, but just so happens to be the No. 1 team in New York state, according to Wall Street Journal Real Trends' annual rankings of U.S. real estate team transactions by volume. He's managed to beat out Fredrik Eklund's team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate (No. 7) as well as Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Altman Brothers (No. 18), also at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Ryan and his team have raked up $375,026,200 in transactions. Not too shabby.
So it makes sense that Ryan, with fiance Emilia in tow, has decided to leave the big city hustle behind for some rest and relaxation. "When you're named number 1 in the state and number 6 in the country only 4 years after starting your team, it's OK to charter a jet to St. Vincent and the Grenadines with your fiance," he wrote on Instagram, where he also shared some shots of himself shirtless in the sun.
"Thank you for 300,000 followers!!!" he added "from the center of the world to the center of nowhere." "I wish you all were here with us right now, in our house, with this amazing view." Um, yeah, us too!
