Today, Ann is working for Ariana and Katie Maloney as they prepare to open their sandwich shop, Something About Her . The pair hired Ann after Ariana interviewed her to become her assistant rather than Tom's, and while she didn't hire her at that point in time, Tom overheard the two talking and Ann was soon out of a job.

Her replacement, Craig, made his Vanderpump Rules debut on Season 11, Episode 12 — and viewers got to learn even more about Tom's new employee on Episode 13 (which aired April 23). Here's what to know about the new person assisting Sandoval.

Who is Tom Sandoval's new assistant, Craig?

Craig Johns Jr. took over Ann Maddox's role as Tom Sandoval's assistant on Vanderpump Rules Season 11. "We're kind of a duo," Sandoval said of him and Craig.

The two first met when Craig was hired to be a bartender at Schwartz and Sandy's. Today, the 29-year-old is also an editor, actor, and musician.

In addition to being friends with Tom Sandoval, Craig also knows Tom Schwartz, Kyle Chan, and Jo Wenberg. Craig and Jo even posed for a photo together in November 2022, which she captioned, "Meet Craig."

What are Tom Sandoval's assistant Craig's job duties?

Like Ann did, Craig acts as the go-between person for Tom and Ariana Madix. He also helps out around the former couple's shared Valley Village home, doing everything from tidying up to making Tom tea.

On Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 13, Craig could be seen checking in with Ariana as she used her and Tom's home gym.

"Just gotta grab a few things real quick," he said as he entered the room. "Do you know how long you're gonna be in here? [Tom] wanted to get in a workout at some point as well."

After that, Tom and Craig took a phone call with a realtor to inquire about "two units on one property."

"I'm here all the time now," Craig said of Tom and Ariana's house. "I'm here more than I'm home."
