Please Stop and Look at What Gigi Hadid Wore to the British Fashion Awards

Come ON! This is just too good.

Last night, we put on our pink PJ's, popped the pink champagne, and tuned into the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show to watch Gigi Hadid dominate that glittering runway. (Wait, was that just us with the theme party?) Anyway, IRL, Gigi was at the British Fashion Awards to accept the evening's top honor: International Model of the Year. And we can't quite wrap our heads around the fact that her outfit there may have topped this:

For the awards ceremony, Gigi went to her go-to designer of late: Atelier Versace. Remember, the house also dressed her for her hosting gig at the American Music Awards...

But last night's striking ensemble may be the best one yet. The model wore a look from Versace's Fall 2016 collection.

Gigi paired strappy, metallic sandals with the world's most dramatic jumpsuit. (Andy would plotz.) With a dramatically pleated top, a built-in choker, and a train lined in black satin, the look is studded with Swarovski crystals. Slow. Clap. Allure said that she channeled a modern-day Cinderella, and we couldn't agree more.

Gigi also had a very special helper with her on the red carpet. Ever at her daughter's side, Yolanda helped adjust the model's sweeping train.

Humbled by her award, Gigi took to Instagram to write a heartfelt thank-you note to her "angel" Donatella Versace. She also shared a valuable piece of career advice: "Make a conscious effort every day to be someone people enjoy working with, and your possibilities will surprise you."
