Kyle Richards Is Ready to Make a Change to Her Encino House

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member "can't deal with" one specific thing about her stunning home.

By Abby Feiner

In 2022, Kyle Richards told BravoTV.com that she was changing "everything" about her Encino House. While we've seen peeks of her new-and-improved living room and upgraded backyard (check that out in the video above), it seems The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member still has one more project in mind.

How to Watch

"My whole kitchen is so unorganized," Kyle told Dorit Kemsley and Crystal Kung Minkoff on Season 13, Episode 6 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. "I need to hire someone to help me organize."

As the episode, which aired on November 29, showed stacks of unopened envelopes in the kitchen, Kyle admitted, "Other things I can't deal with: mail. I only like to open checks."

Dorit may have a few suggestions for tidying the kitchen. While giving BravoTV.com a tour of her home, Dorit shared that in her "dream kitchen," she has "a great pantry" that is "very organized." Of course, Dorit's kitchen is also complete with designer pieces. "There [are] lots of Dolce & Gabbana appliances," she said in the video. "So chic!"

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's living arrangement in their Encino house

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky attend a WCRF event.

Kyle and Mauricio Umansky moved into their Encino house in 2017. As Season 13 of RHOBH has shown, the couple is currently navigating a "challenging" time in their marriage, which has resulted in a change to their living arrangement in the 11,000-square-foot home.

On an October episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the titular host asked Kyle, who was a guest in the Clubhouse that evening, "What is your current living situation like with Mauricio?" and more specifically wanted to know, "Are you still living under the same roof?"

"We are," Kyle confirmed, noting she was sleeping "in a different room" from Mauricio.

"I let him stay in the primary bedroom because it's very, like, masculine, and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can't stand that word — area, and there's, like, a bed," she said. "So I was like, 'You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him a little room with flowers and, you know, pink and velvet?' No."

With a laugh, she seemed to reconsider, saying, "I could."

Check out the outdoor space of Kyle's Encino house by watching the video above, and see more from Kyle on new episodes of RHOBH on Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. Stream episodes the next day on Peacock.
