Keeping your beauty game up during this turbulent time of self-quarantine can be really hard — especially if you're a Bravoleb who's known for your love of cosmetic treatments like Cary Deuber. The Real Housewives of Dallas alum is a medispa professional who knows a thing or two about nonsurgical skincare treatments thanks to her very own cutting edge laser center. And now that Cary, like all of us, must go without access to her go-to lasers and essential procedures, she's sharing her simple skincare routine for life between appointments.

How to Watch

Catch up on The Real Housewives of Dallas on Peacock or the Bravo App.

On April 8, Cary took to Instagram to post a quick clip as she went through her evening skincare routine. "I’ve got to rely on GOOD skincare to keep my wrinkles reduced and stay glowing," she wrote in her caption. "Here’s my evening skincare routine that keeps my face fresh & maintained between major appointments."

"Since none of us can get Botox and filler, we need to at least wash our face appropriately," she advised in the video. "So cleansing is important to get rid of all the dead skin and I cleanse morning and night."

"Exfoliating is important. Because, you know, guys have beards... we don't." Fair point. Next up is a glycolic acid cleanser to "get rid of gunk on your face" along with a makeup eraser towel that we never knew we always needed. "It's the little things right now, isn't it?"

Then, she swiped with cleansing pads that also have glycolic acid in them for a peel. Cary advised you skip this step if your skin is sensitive and instead use a lotion. Looks easy enough!

"Not much else to do to but keep our skin in shape between all of our treatments, facials, and injections right now. So let's keep it up," she concluded.

Will do!
