Nicole Martin Shares a Renovation Update on Her $21.5 Million House (PICS)
The Real Housewives of Miami cast member is showing the amazing progress on her new Florida home.
Dr. Nicole Martin and Anthony Lopez have made exciting progress on their new Florida house.
On the Season 6 premiere of The Real Housewives of Miami, viewers got a look at Nicole's six- bedroom, six-bathroom home, which the episode noted was $21.5 million. The 10,500-square-foot home looked gorgeous, but Nicole and Anthony explained they considered it a "huge remodeling project" as they mapped out the changes they planned to make.
The couple wasted no time getting started, and on Season 6, Episode 10, they shared an update on the house.
Nicole Martin's home renovation update
"When you said it was moving fast, this is so fast," Nicole said to Anthony as she looked around. In an interview during the episode, which aired on January 3, she added, "It just feels so much more open, and I'm really excited because I can start to see the future vision."
While the house was still very much a work in progress, there was one area Anthony couldn't wait to show Nicole. "This ginormous thing is not a bedroom," he said. "It's your closet."
As Anthony explained, the couple's son, Greyson, will soon have a bedroom with a "crazy, sick, beautiful view of the water," and the rest of the home is being built with their growing family in mind.
"I can just envision two kids running around the house, you know, chasing each other," said Nicole, who announced in November that she is pregnant.
The kitchen was also getting a makeover, and although we've seen Bravoleb renovations take years (and years), Anthony was optimistic about their timeline. "Hopefully all of this will be done in like seven months," he said.
In an interview, Nicole talked about teaming up with her fiancé on their house renovations. "Anthony and I have a very good balance when it comes to how we do homes," she said. "Anthony is like a control freak. I get overwhelmed if there's too many choices. So he will go and narrow decisions down to about three or four options and then present those three or four options to me. He starts the process and then we kind of finish them together."

Nicole Martin's former house
Previously, Nicole and Anthony lived in a different stunning house, which you can see in the video above. In July 2023, it was revealed that the couple sold the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, which had a media room, wine cellar, and expansive backyard.
Nicole Martin's Colorado home
The couple recently purchased a vacation home in Colorado. Nicole showed off the three-story residence in a March 2023 Instagram video, noting in the caption of her post, "We kept true to our aesthetic style while adding a little mountain flair."
