Lisa Vanderpump Stuns at the Vanderpump Dogs Gala in a Sparkly Ballgown and Poodle Mask

Sequins and sparkles are a wardrobe staple for Lisa Vanderpump: Just check out the gleaming gold D&G blazer she's wearing in the Vanderpump Rules Season 8 teaser. So it's no wonder that she was shining bright in the scarlet dress she wore yesterday to her fourth Vanderpump Dogs fundraising gala, held in Hollywood on November 21.

Lisa hit the red carpet for her non-profit dedicated to saving dogs both domestically and internationally, wearing a glittery bead and crystal-covered ballgown fit for a princess. This ethereal dress incorporates an off-the-shoulder neckline, illusion netting, sheer sleeves, a full skirt, and a cinched-in waist accented with a diamond brooch. Lisa carried a clutch in the same red sequin shade covered with jewels and sequins.

This gown is so LVP — and so is another accessory that she showed off at the end of the evening. Lisa and a friend posed in their formal gowns while wearing dog masks on their heads  "A loooong night," Lisa joked on Instagram, and we're amazed (and a little scared) by how realistic these dog heads are. The mouth of her poodle mask even moves!
