Stassi Schroeder, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, & Kristen Doute Reveal Their "First Big Paycheck" Splurges

Long before Stassi Schroder, Kristen Doute, and Katie Maloney-Schwartz were creating national holidays and launching their own wine companies, the Vanderpump Rules pals were simply waitresses trying to make ends meet. And although working at SUR may seem like a dream job for some, the budding style icons still had to budget their money when it came to fueling their shopping habits. 

However, the three friends spilled to Page Six Style that once Vanderpump Rules took off, they wasted no time on making their shopping spree dreams come true. 

Stassi revealed that when she got her "first big paycheck," she was excited to "go to Zara and spend more than $100." When she racked up over $500 worth of clothes, she hit a problem with her credit card. "Literally, my card got declined because it was unusual activity," she said. "My card wasn’t used to me spending that!”

Meanwhile, Katie opted to gift herself a Gucci bag, and Kristen went right from her shift at SUR to the Christian Louboutin store for her very own "Pretty Woman moment." Kristen said: “They were literally like, ‘What are you doing in here?’ And I’m like, ‘I’m here to buy shoes!'”
