Tom Schwartz & Tom Sandoval Announce Plans to Open a "Grimy Dive Bar" Together

After the success of Tom Tom, Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz — who own part of the restaurant — have thought about bringing the venue to more cities. But the Vanderpump Rules cocktail pros also have other plans ... and those don't involve cut-crystal glassware and butterfly pea tea. 

Chatting with PEOPLE at a recent event, Schwartz said: "[Sandoval and I are] going to open a grimy dive bar together eventually." He joked: "It’s going to be really seedy. It’s going to have lots of violations and claims, lawsuits and nothing above a C grading.” One can dream. 

Schwartz also shared some thoughts on what it's like to go into business with his bestie. "We’ve always been pretty civil,” he said. “We have our disagreements but we sit down and we talk about it. Sometimes we’ll huff and puff and it can be a little melodramatic but that lasts a matter of hours.” In other words, it's nothing a heart-to-heart over beer and peanuts couldn't clear up.
