Christine "Bugsy" Drake Hints at an Exciting New Venture
The Below Deck Mediterranean stew teased some big plans for putting her tablescape skills on full display.
Christine "Bugsy" Drake is as known for her tabletop-design skills as she is for her rock-solid work ethic — and her way with barrettes. The Below Deck Mediterranean stewardess has delighted charter guests with tricked-out tablescapes that channel everything from a rainbow disco to a sunken treasure chest; she's pulled off a full Speedo theme party (see the clip above). And now, it looks like Bugsy might be sharing her design secrets with a larger audience.
In a recent Instagram share, the chief stew shared another peek of one of her stunning setups. With a wintry theme, this table was decked with slivery branches, white rose petals, and winter berries. It had paper snowflakes dangling above, and it was softly lit by candles in birch holders.
Taken by the frosty designs, a follower commented: "You should write a Table Decor book." And with a simple, three-word response, Bugsy hinted that, indeed, a book might become a reality someday. "Watch this space," she wrote back. We'll be watching — but it's already pretty hard to look away:
