Allison Williams may be inching closer to her one-year wedding anniversary but that doesn't mean the world's interest in the big day has waned at all. When the Girls actress appeared on Watch What Happens Live Tuesday, she dished all about her September 2015 wedding to CollegeHumor co-founder Ricky Van Veen. The nuptials were attended by a number of A-listers, including Mindy Kaling; Andy Cohen (who apparently got a little buzzed during the event); her Girls co-stars Lena Dunham, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet; Katy Perry and then-beau John Mayer; Barry Diller; Diane Von Furstenberg; Bruce Springsteen; and Late Night host Seth Meyers. Obviously her famous dad, Brian Williams, walked her down the aisle. Oh, yeah, and Tom Hanks officiated the ceremony.

"He was brilliant. I remember it verbatim, it was so special," Allison said on WWHL, in the clip above. "It was perfect."

The event took place Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming and Allison and Ricky had their guests sit on pillows during the ceremony. "I was getting married, so I don't know who didn't sit on a pillow," she joked. But, did you know that she actually had a decoy wedding set up to try and trick the paparazzi? "Yes we did. It was on a property we’d already rented," she explained. "We tried setting up all of our other equipment we didn’t need. It did not work because the sky is giant and planes can see a lot."

There was even a charitable aspect to her big day. Instead of gifts, guests made it rain in donations for the education charity Horizons. And, yes, they gave a lot. "We raised enough to start a whole new program. So thank you!"

Check out some photos of Allison from her big day in her lovely Oscar de la Renta gown, below.
