Carl Reacts to Lindsay’s Comments on Their Sex Life: “I Experienced Something Different”

Lindsay Hubbard opened up to Paige DeSorbo and Amanda Batula about her and her then-fiancé Carl Radke's sex life on a recent episode of Summer House Season 8. Now, Carl's sharing his side of the story. 

Carl Radke Responds to Lindsay Hubbard's Comments About Their Sex Life on the Summer House After Show

On Season 8, Episode 6 of the Summer House After Show, Carl reflected on the time period in which Lindsay had the aforementioned conversation about their relationship. More specifically, he addressed Lindsay's claim that they were sleeping together "once every couple of weeks."

"As far as I remember, I mean, I think we only had sex one time over the summer — twice total, but one time in the house," Carl said. "Yeah, I mean, I think that says more about the dynamic of the relationship than I think the sex itself."

"I think she would promote that she's all about the sex, sex, sex, sex, sex, and I experienced something different in the relationship," he added of Lindsay. "When we did have sex, I thought it was pretty good. But the last seven to eight months of our relationship, every week being in couples therapy, the conflict and the ups and the downs, it was hard sometimes to come together and do that."

Lindsay Hubbard Elaborates on Her and Carl Radke's Relationship Issues on the Summer House After Show

Looking back at the same conversation concerning her and Carl's sex life, Lindsay shared new details about their relationship on the Summer House After Show. She was, it turns out, specifically struck by a memory from a double date they went on with Amanda and Kyle Cooke.

"There was something that I always think about in that moment," Lindsay began. "Amanda asked Carl, 'What is the most surprising thing that you have learned about Lindsay since you've been dating?' — because we were friends and then dating, whatever — and Carl goes, 'Lindsay's more sexual than I thought.'"

"And I'm like, 'Wait, you're just now figuring this out?'" she concluded, expressing her frustration with her ex.
