Kyle Cooke Reveals How He Really Feels About Lindsay Hubbard

Since Season 1 of Summer House began, Kyle and Lindsay have had a fair share of ups and downs in their friendship. In the above preview clip, after Carl thanks Kyle for supporting him the night before, the entrepreneur opens up about the "issue" he has with the former PR rep.

"I love Lindsay to death, but my biggest issue as a friend for years is just that she never takes accountability, responsibility. She never owns up," Kyle explains to Carl in the preview clip for Episode 3.

As a result, Kyle says, he's changed the way he "deal[s] with her."

"Like, the way I deal with her is I just kind of — you either fall on the sword, and be like, 'Yeah, you're right,' or you just don't deal," he continues. "That's worked for me, but it doesn't work if you're in your shoes."

Carl acknowledges what Kyle is saying, but he notes that he doesn't want to "blame her" for everything that had happened.

"Carl, last night was unacceptable," Kyle says. "I can see you trying to make compromises and sacrifices... Like, you're basically trying to solve the problem. Last night, she was the problem."

"This is next level," he elaborates in an interview on the episode.

Carl Radke Was "Scared" About His Impending Wedding Date

After chatting about Carl and Lindsay's disagreement, Kyle asks the former Loverboy VP of Sales if he's afraid at the prospect of getting married four months later.

"It scares me, and it's sad. It makes me sad more than anything," Carl admits.

"What worries me is how many times does something go down like that where she's pinning it on you, when it literally had nothing to do with you," Kyle says. "Because that's a long life of falling on the sword. Like, how many times are you going to do that?"

Carl and Lindsay ultimately called off their engagement in September 2023, just two months before their scheduled nuptials.
