Brielle Biermann's Intermittent Fasting Plan Includes Daily Chick-fil-A
The Don't Be Tardy daughter only eats within a five-hour window, but she makes sure to get her favorite meal in.
Brielle Biermann may restrict when she eats throughout the day, but as for what's on her plate, the Don't Be Tardy daughter isn't ruling out one of her favorite meals.
During an Instagram Q&A with her followers, one anonymous user stated, "I wish I could bump into you in Avalon." In response, Brielle explained that the easiest way to find her would be to catch her for her first meal of the day.
"I go to [Chick-fil-A] there EVERYDAY (except Sunday] around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she wrote. "I only eat between 3-8 everyday!"
Brielle previously opened up about her choice to start intermittent fasting, an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. "I get this all the time and you're not gonna believe me but [I] worked out 3-4x a week for 2 years and the second I stopped going to the gym I lost weight," she wrote in an Instagram Story. "Not just muscle. I was actually thinner. I think working out made me eat more because [I] was so hungry so now [I] just intermittent fast and eat whatever I want but in moderation!"
Whatever she wants often means food from the popular fast food restaurant chain. "I swear by the [Chick-fil-A] diet!" she previously shared with her Instagram followers. "In high school I would eat it for breakfast and dinner [literally] every day ... and when I wanna lose weight I only eat [Chick-fil-A!] I get 12 count well done nuggets fries and a Diet Coke."
Brielle isn't the only Bravolebrity who has an adapted version of the popular diet trend. Stassi Schroeder recently told BravoTV.com that while she's very strict on the hours she eats, she doesn't hold back on her food of choice. “If it’s happy hour, I'm like, 'I can have some pizza, I can have some pasta, I can have some burrata cheese, Caprese salad, whatever the heck I want,'” she said. “I justify it in my head by it all being before 6:00. We’re all doing the best we can.”
