Brielle surprised her mom with a cake emblazoned with one of her favorite R-rated catchphrases.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann turns 40 on May 19, and the family started celebrating just a bit early. The Don't Be Tardy mom took to her Instagram Stories to share a closeup of a chocolate chip cookie cake that daughter Brielle Biermann arranged for her. But it wasn't a typical chocolate chip cookie cake — Kim's was a little bit naughty.
It was emblazoned with a pair of white boobs with hot pink nipples rendered in icing, and it read, "Happy 40th Birthday Sugartits."
"I always call everyone Sugartits," Kim joked in the video.
