Kate Hudson just stepped out for her first public appearance since she announced her pregnancy in the most joyful gender reveal video ever (she's having a girl, by the way). While the actress and Fabletics mogul went for a hippie free-flowing gown in her Instagram video last week, this week she's going full-out glam.

Hudson jetted to off to Hong Kong to help open a new retail store for jeweler Harry Winston, and she wore a slinky black spaghetti strap dress with lace panels for the occasion. For her beauty look, she kept things simple with natural makeup and a sideswept pixie. (It seems she's slowly growing out her buzz cut.)
