Heavenly Kimes Shows "How Far [She's] Come" on Her Weight Loss Journey
The Married to Medicine cast member shared photos of her body transformation.
Dr. Heavenly Kimes is her own inspiration. In a recent Instagram share, the Married to Medicine cast member posted three side-by-side photos of herself over the course of her weight loss journey. And in the process, she took a moment to appreciate her transformation.
In her caption, the dentist wrote: "Good morning!! When I get hungry or discouraged, I always look at photos to see how far I’ve come!" She added hashtags spelling out never-ending journey and weight loss, and two of the photos showed Heavenly looking fierce in her workout gear.
This isn't the first time Heavenly, who had gastric bypass surgery in 2007, has opened up about her weight-loss journey. Back in 2018, the dentist wrote: "My weight loss journey is like my Spiritual Journey! Up. And down."
And in early 2020, the Atlanta mom shared a before-and-after photo of herself, noting that she'd shed some 70 pounds since the "before" photo was snapped.
