If you thought Part One of the Married to Medicine Reunion was dramatic, then Part Two would have made your jaw drop. Season 10 was filled with a roller coaster of events — friendships broken and formed, spouses being "trained," and the shadiness went to new levels. Part One of the Reunion saw apologies, misunderstandings being cleared up, and boundaries being drawn. In Part Two, the men arrived, fences were mended, and for some, the shade-throwing got even worse.

Here’s a look at the most dramatic moments from Part Two of the Married to Medicine Reunion.

Quad and Simone Make Up

Quad and Simone have had a rocky relationship since the early seasons. One minute they're besties, and the next Simone is yelling and Quad is throwing shade back at her. But Quad’s feelings were shattered when Simone accused her of sleeping with a contractor, and things just haven’t gotten back on track since.

The final blow to the relationship was Simone delivering the news during the Napa Valley trip this season that Quad was uninvited; the other women had voted for her to leave the trip halfway through. During the Reunion Part One, it got heated between the ex-friends when Simone said she did reach out to comfort Quad when her niece tragically passed last year, and Quad broke down in tears after asking her not to go there.

During Part Two, Quad went to Simone’s dressing room to finish their conversation during the lunch break. “You delivered a hell of a lot of information to me back in there, but I wanted to let you know that I hear you,” Quad said. “I thank you for being there for me. We spoke, we hung out, and we were rebuilding, things were going well ...” She admitted that seeing the Napa Valley trip play out again on television made her live through being hurt, angry, and saddened all over again.

“We have lost out on a number of years, and I’m tired of it, and I want it over,” Quad added. Simone embraced her and it looked as though they have mended fences for the time being.

Dr Jackie and Simone Explain Sweet Tea's Endometriosis

Sweet Tea has been vocal about wanting to have kids with Dr. Gregory. But things this season weren’t so easy for her, as she was dealing with heavy bleeding, severe cramping, and was unable to get pregnant. She found out she had fibroids and endometriosis during a doctor’s visit.

During the Reunion, Sweet Tea revealed she just had surgery in August to remove her fibroids and two cysts and she said everything went well. “I’m not considered infertile just yet,” she told Andy.

Sweet Tea and Quad Face-Off

While Quad was on her apology tour, she didn’t make nice with everyone.

See, Sweet Tea is married to Dr. Gregory, Quad’s ex-husband. During the Reunion, Andy brought up a Watch What Happens Live episode in which Quad and Dr. Heavenly were discussing the least fashionable of the ladies being Sweet Tea. Quad even called her style, “jivey.”

“She doesn’t know me,” said Sweet Tea. Quad was quick on the draw with the shade: “I have a pair of eyes with 20/20 vision and I can see what I see.” Sweet Tea wanted to know why Quad was checking out her clothes.

“A question was posed to me, sweetheart, I do not speak of you,” Quad quipped back.

Sweet Tea then reminded her that she had spoken about her on social media along with Dr. Gregory. Quad tried to explain that she was referring to her relationship with Dr. Gregory. Sweet Tea jumped back in with “Why do you need to keep bringing it up?”

Andy, meanwhile, grabbed a snack to sit back and watch the explosion. Sweet Tea kept screaming as Quad asked her to bring it down. Then Toya threw some dynamite in by asking why Quad believed Sweet Tea didn’t fit in the group. Quad responded that others in the group said it — she simply repeated it.

Heavenly and Sweet Tea address their issues

Sweet Tea said that Dr. Heavenly is the one who brought her into the group and she had hoped the women would embrace her. Little did she know the one she would fight with the most would be the very one that brought her into the circle.

“Once we started hanging out and we got to the bachelorette party, things shifted and I was hurt by that,” Sweet Tea explained. She said her Maid of Honor told her that Dr. Heavenly was not in support of her relationship with Dr. Gregory. In the clip that was shared, Dr. Heavenly said she heard Dr. Gregory was controlling and that he is "older than dirt." But Sweet Tea had been on social media slinging tea about Damon cheating on Heavenly, which then caused an uproar backstage among the men as Damon confronted Dr. Gregory about if he believed he cheated. (If you remember, it was initially Mariah that brought up the allegations in earlier seasons.)

It took a few moments before Dr. Gregory finally said he didn’t believe it.

Sweet Tea then threw a bigger question out there for Dr. Heavenly. “Why did you go on your social media and start talking about me lying to my husband about my endometriosis condition without completely understanding, because I wasn’t lying to my husband. It was like a shift in you once the show wrapped up.” Dr. Heavenly responded by saying that she was responding to a question, saying what she would have done if it were her by doing more research and asking questions of the doctors.

Dr. Jackie interjected to explain that endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition of the uterus and the lining has gotten displaced. She said sometimes it can take up to 12 years before women even find out they have it. But of course, Sweet Tea couldn’t let it go and Heavenly shut it down.

Kema Explains Relationships

Dr. Alicia’s husband Kema hasn’t been shy about expressing his views this season. Kema shared during the Reunion that women shouldn’t be running things in the relationship to the detriment of a man and his feelings.

Eugene shared that he and Toya are equal in their marriage and it doesn’t make him less of a man.

“I don’t believe you can have a true 50/50 relationship because if a serious decision needs to be made, who is going to veto that decision if it’s 50/50?” Kema asked. He then added, “It should be 51/49.”

Damon said he didn’t agree with that because men that are leaders don’t have to say it all the time. “At the end of the day, I like a man that takes charge,” said Dr. Alicia backstage and Heavenly agreed with her.

A Shocking Visitor

At the end of Part Two, Phaedra’s ex-husband, Apollo Nida, walked into a completely unsuspecting room. No wonder Andy mentioned in Part One that he missed Apollo!

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds in Part 3 of the Married to Medicine Reunion.
