Mexican Dynasties' Matriarch Raquel Bessudo Opens the Doors to Her Stunning Pad
The Mexican Dynasties television host and socialite's home is as glam as she is.
Mexican Dynasties’ Raquel Bessudo is considered the “Grand Dame of Beauty” in Mexico, always looking her best and bringing the glamour quotient up a notch wherever the busy television host and socialite goes. So, it was no surprise to find her Mexico City home is just as luxe as she is. The stunning matriarch and daughter Doris recently gave Home & Design a tour of her posh condo (watch the video above!).
“This is Mexican Dynasty elegance,” Raquel announces as she shows off her gorgeous living room strewn with fresh flowers — roses to be exact, which are her favorite — and plush, elegant furnishings. Daughter Doris cheekily points out the numerous paintings and portraits of her mother that adorn the walls — hey, if we had Raquel’s cheekbones we’d probably be hanging pictures of ourselves everywhere, too.
The highlight of the tour comes with a visit to Raquel’s vast closet, which houses not only her shoe, clothing and purse collection, but drawers upon drawers of jewelry. “One of my favorite places in my mom’s closet where I used to play as a kid,” Doris reveals. It’s kind of a dress-up fantasy.
