Josh Flagg has been called the "King of Trousdale," which refers to his ability to sell homes in the exclusive Beverly Hills neighborhood known as Trousdale Estates, and he has an impressive amount of knowledge about the area. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles power agent shared some staggering figures on social media to illustrate how much property there has gone up in the past half-century.

"For all of you who live in Trousdale or want to live in Trousdale. You should have considered buying a lot there in 1967 for $125,000... That same lot would be $8 Million now. Just saying," he wrote in an Instagram post showing a vintage black and white aerial photo of the neighborhood before it was developed into what it is today.

Josh has been busy renovating a classic 1928 Beverly Hills estate that he and husband Bobby Boyd purchased last summer. Early indications are that the property is going to have some serious curb appeal.
